As these items are delicate and sensitive to heat and extreme cold, please ensure your purchase can be stored appropriately on delivery.
If you are not able to personally accept delivery and refrigerate, especially on hot or very cold days, please provide somewhere appropriate and easily accessible such as a chilly-bin. Please let us know if this is required.
If all appropriate measures have been taken, and you still feel your order does not meet our typical high quality please inform us within 48 hours and we can replace, substitute or refund as agreed.
